Our Association
Our community boasts many amenities, including a neighborhood pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, playground area, and a walking trail. Our assessments are used to care for these amenities, as well as provide landscaping, irrigation, lighting, insurance, and other association needs. We are professionally managed by Homeland Neighborhood Management. Assessments
Semi-annual Assessments:
$300 due on January 1st, late after January 31st $300 due on July 1, late after July 31
Residents have the option to make assessment payments by cash, check or online.

For homeowners: please register and login here to view your account and/or make payments online. Please provide your email address so that we may send important information to you in the future.

Collections Policy:
*January 1st / July 1st $300 is due
*February 1st / August 1st Late Fee is Applied
*March 1st / September 1st Lien Filing for past due balance,
processing fees will be assessed
*April 1st / October 1st Past Due Accounts are eligible for further legal collections
