Where can I find a copy of the Oakhurst's covenant, bylaws, and rules/regulations?

What do I do if my mailbox is damaged or in need of total replacement?

Mailboxes are the responsibility of the homeowner and must be the same style and material. These may be purchased at Copper Sculptures in Flowood, MS - 601-992-9955.

Does Oakhurst have a private facebook page?

Yes, if you are an Oakhurst resident, you can request to join our facebook page, OAKHURST NEIGHBORHOOD.  Only Oakhurst residents are allowed to join.  You will be asked to provide your Oakhurst address before being accepted. 

Who do I contact to replace or get a pool fob to gain access to the pool?

Please contact Homeland Management at 601-326-7325 or email info@homelandmgt.com.  You must have a zero balance on your account.

When is the pool open?

Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  The pool is closed on Monday.

Can I have a party at the pool?

Parties are not allowed. However, homeowners can have up to 3 guests and must have a working pool fob.

Can I rent the club house?

Yes, you can download the reservation form on the "Documents" section of this website or you can login to your account (https://homeland.cincwebaxis.com/oh) to submit an online reservation.

How do I report a covenant violation?

Covenant violations can be reported to Homeland Management at 601-326-7325 or email info@homelandmgt.com.

I want to update the exterior of my house (paint, put up a fence, replace roof, install pool, storage shed or basically any new addition), what do I need to do?

You must fill out an "Architectural Request" form prior to any changes being made. You have to have a registered account on https://homeland.cincwebaxis.com/oh.  Once registered, you can enter your ARC Request there.

How much are the HOA fees and how can I pay them?

This information can be found under the "Association/Assessments" page (https://www.oakhurstclintonms.com/our-association) on the Oakhurst HOA website. You may pay your fees on the web site or make a payment by mail. 

Who do I contact about cars habitually parking on the street that are a violation of City ordinance or a hazard?

Please contact Clinton police dispatch at 601-924-5252.

Who do I contact about street lights that are not working properly?

Please contact Entergy at https://www.myentergy.com/s/reportoutagenow.

To report issues with city infrastructure related to streets, water, sewer, garbage, recycling, mowing, litter, potholes, traffic signals, and other matters, please complete the online form below with as much detail as possible. Your submission will be emailed directly to the department head.
