ABOUT OAKHURST
Oakhurst is a welcoming community, nestled conveniently off Interstate 20 in Clinton, Mississippi. We are located a short distance from the Jackson Metropolitan area, which boasts a major thoroughfare for all the retail shopping, restaurants, and commercial services that you could ask for. Our neighborhood is also minutes from the Natchez Trace, which features walking and biking trails, as well as easy access to Madison and the Ross Barnett Reservoir.
Oakhurst has a magnificently landscaped entrance off Clinton-Raymond Road, which provides easy access to our almost 300 residences, all which are members of the Homeowners Association. The HOA has an active board who promotes unity and fellowship and provides leadership to ensure our neighborhood maintains its prestige status in the area. They also work to ensure covenants are enforced to protect the property value for the good of all.
Clinton is proud of its excellent educational school system. School age children who reside in Oakhurst will attend Clinton Public Schools. Clinton Public School District was recently recognized as a top school. Also, high quality day cares, preschools and private schools K-12 are all located within miles of Oakhurst. Churches of all denominations can be found within minutes, also.
